well ive had many troubles with previous builds and just recently decided to make a mesmer. heres wat i cam up with so far any suggestions would be great thanks. currently lvl 3 but by lvl 20 i was thinking for this.

fast casting 10
domination 12
inspiration 8

energy surge
energy burn
power spike
power drain
drain enchantment
empathy
backfire.

Oh and switching the FC attribute investment with Inspiration would do the trick also. No need for such high FC in PvE - more energy is better.

Only thing I can think of which would be optional is to
remove [power spike] and add [cry of frustration] Less damage yes but keep in mind you are interrupting everything, and that is quite powerful.

And switch as suggeted more points in inspiration less in fastcasting

Needs moar VoR, assuming you have NF...although Ineptitude is good w/clumsiness and wandering eye if you wanna throw down the melee hate on those bad boys.
